As an independent advisor we support our clients with the ongoing financing of their business through debt, equity and hybrid capital transactions. In addition, we offer advice on specific topics and situations e.g. the financing of an acquisition or a stand-alone project as well as the restructuring of existing financing and initial public offerings (independent IPO advisory)
Our advisory services include the development of an optimal financing structure and financing strategy. Thereby, we analyse the spectrum of available financing options and how this could be expanded, which financing measures are recommendable at what time and which terms can be expected for individual alternatives.
As a placement agent or arranger we structure and place tailor-made financing solutions for our clients. Our focus in particular includes private placements of debt, equity and hybrid capital with selected investors outside the banking sector.
In the context of structuring and placement we define the optimal investor base, prepare the appropriate marketing documentation, approach selected investors and arrange investor meetings in order to assist our clients throughout the negotiations of the final contracts up until successful closing.
